How can I track my order?
You can view your order and track your delivery by logging in to your Simple Days account.
We process your order within 1-2 days. We have no courier pickup on Weekends & Holidays.
Delivery takes 2-3 business days going to Cavite, Manila & nearby cities and 5-7 business days to other provinces.
What are the modes of payment?
We have QRPh, E-wallet, and Debit Card payment options available upon checkout. We do not have COD and Credit Card options on the website at the moment.
How much is the shipping fee?
We ship via J&T for P150 flat shipping fee nationwide.
We also offer Free Shipping on Philippine orders P3,000 and above.
What is Store Pick Up?
Store pick up is when you book your own courier (Lalamove or Grab) to collect your order.
We will notify you via text once your order is ready for pick-up. Same day pick-up is subject to availability.
Pick up point is located in General Trias, Cavite.
What if I received wrong or incomplete or damaged item?
If there are damaged or missing items on your order, inform us immediately through e-mail simpledaysph@gmail.com and attached some photos as evidence.
Do you accept pre-orders?
We do not accept pre-orders at the moment. Thank you for understanding.
