A pre order is a pre-paid order request for an item scheduled to ship at a later date.
Pre orders are subject to supplier availability.

To ensure each order is managed with care, our pre order checkout opens few days a week. Availability depends on our current capacity. Check our social media bio for the exact weekly schedule.

Product pages clearly indicate whether an item is currently in stock or available for pre order.

Full pre payment for pre order items. We accept major online payment methods, including debit/credit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers.
After check out, you will receive instant email of your order. Then we will send you another email within 1-3 days to confirm stock availability.
Pre ordered items typically ships within 14-30 days.
In the event of delays or item becomes unavailable, we will contact you immediately with alternative options.

Please place a pre order only if you are comfortable with the waiting time and the terms. Due to the limited availability and/or high-value nature of the items, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds due to change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or deciding that you no longer want the item.
Our policy does not affect your rights regarding items that arrive defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. Valid refunds will be issued via online bank transfer.
